Except for information necessary for the provision of core functions and compliance with legal obligations, you may choose not to provide other information, although this may result in the unavailability of corresponding functions. 1. Personal Information We Collect
During your use of EasyClaw.work services, we collect and use relevant personal information as necessary for our product functions and business purposes. We adhere to the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and minimization, and process your information only for the purposes of enabling product functions, providing services and ensuring security.
A. Information you provide to us
When you access or use our services, we collect personal information you voluntarily provide or generated by the system upon your authorization, including the following categories:
- Account registration and login information
When you create or log into an EasyClaw.work account, we collect information related to account creation and verification, including:
i) your Google login email address;
ii) minimal necessary information obtained from Google with your authorization (including nickname, avatar, etc.);
iii) login source identifier (such as Auth = Google) and system-generated unique identifier (UUID) for security verification and user identification.
We do not access or store any content of your Google account unrelated to login, such as contacts, files or cloud storage data. Such authorization is limited solely to the purpose of authentication and login. - Enterprise verification information (enterprise users
only)
If you use EasyClaw.work services as an enterprise user, we collect:
i) full legal name, registration number and registered address of the enterprise;
ii) administrator’s name, position and contact email;
iii) enterprise authorization documents (such as letters of authorization, stamped or signed materials);
iv) name, email and telephone number of the billing contact.
Such information is used solely for qualification verification, billing settlement, enterprise team management and subsequent enterprise support services. Enterprise administrators shall be independently responsible for managing the information of members within the enterprise account. - Payment and billing information
When you purchase Credits or subscribe to managed services (such as “Lobster Hosting”), transactions are processed through third‑party payment service providers (including Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We may receive or store the following necessary payment‑related information:
i) payment account identifier, billing address, enterprise tax number;
ii) payment status and timestamp.
We do not obtain or store full bank card numbers or security codes. Core payment data of transactions is processed and stored solely by third‑party payment institutions. - Customer service and communication information
When you contact us via email, online support or ticket system, we may collect:
i) contact email, issue description, ticket number;
ii) screenshots, log files or other materials you voluntarily provide.
Such information is used solely to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues and improve product experience, and will not be used for other purposes. - User content and feature authorizations
To provide you with AI‑related functions (including conversation, file processing, skill plug‑ins, etc.), we may collect or temporarily process the following information during your operation (depending on the features you select):
i) text, voice, images, videos or file content;
ii) local resources you authorize, including microphone, file access, clipboard, window status.
All such data is used solely to fulfill your specified tasks and will not be used for other purposes or automatically stored after completion of the task. - Clipboard and Bot configuration prompt
information
When you click “Copy Prompt” or similar functions on the EasyClaw.work platform, the system copies relevant string content to your local device clipboard for you to configure AI Bots on external platforms such as Feishu (Lark) and DingTalk:
i) such copy operation is performed entirely locally;
ii) we do not access, upload or store clipboard content;
iii) we do not read messages, account or configuration data from any third‑party applications (including Feishu and DingTalk). - Bot API authorization information (optional)
You may choose whether to enable Bot API authorization, allowing the AI Bot to query account quota or credit usage.
i) Upon enabling, an access token will be generated for identity recognition and authorization verification;
ii) Authorization data is transmitted securely only between you and the Bot; we will not share such authorization with any third party;
iii) You may revoke the authorization at any time in your account settings to terminate Bot access.
B. Information automatically collected through the Service
To ensure system security, performance and functionality, we automatically collect certain device and usage information, including:

If you interact with such third parties, you provide information directly to them (not to us), and you will be subject to the privacy policies of such third parties. We encourage you to read their data usage policies. Our linking to other websites or services does not constitute our endorsement of such third parties.
D. Third‑party AI and infrastructure services
To provide you with diverse intelligent conversation and generation services, EasyClaw.work integrates multiple third‑party AI models and cloud infrastructure services. When you interact with the AI or perform related functions, the system transmits necessary input content (including text, files, parameter settings) to the relevant third‑party model API based on your selected model to generate results. We transmit only the minimal data required to fulfill your request and comply with the security and privacy requirements of each third‑party provider.
Currently supported third‑party AI models include:
- OpenAI Series: GPT‑5.4, GPT‑5.4 Mini, GPT‑5.4 Nano, GPT‑5.2
- Anthropic Claude Series: Claude Opus 4.6, Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Haiku 4.5
- Google Gemini Series: Gemini‑3.1‑Pro‑Preview, Gemini‑3‑Pro‑Preview, Gemini‑3‑Flash‑Preview
- Zhipu GLM Series: GLM‑5, GLM‑5 Turbo
- Moonshot Kimi Series: Kimi K2.5
All the above models are independently operated by their respective providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Zhipu AI, Moonshot AI, etc.). EasyClaw.work communicates with relevant APIs only when you initiate a request and will not use data for training, marketing or other purposes unrelated to your usage.
When using AI features:
- You may freely select or switch between different models;
- We will display the source and name of the model used;
- Input data you submit is used only for processing the current request and will be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period.

- We need to process your information to perform our contract with you;

We will use reasonable efforts to correct such information; however, due to the technical complexity of artificial intelligence models integrated into the product, we may not always be able to do so. - C. Right to data portability: You may contact us to request that personal information you have provided to us be supplied in a structured, commonly used and machine‑readable format, and where applicable, transferred to another controller.
- D. Right to erasure: You have the right to delete
your account and erase your personal information. All your personal information will be deleted
upon account deletion. You may also contact us to request deletion of personal information you
have provided. If certain of your personal information cannot be deleted, we will inform you of
the reasons.
We reserve the right to retain certain personal information as permitted by applicable law for a reasonable period. - E. Withdrawal of consent: Where we process your personal information based on your consent, you may contact us to withdraw such consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
